Police: Man Took Photos Of State Fairgoers' Body Parts

WEST ALLIS, Wis. -- They weren't souvenir photos the man was taking, police said. They were tight shots of body parts of Wisconsin State Fair attendees, a behavior for which Clifford Ehrenreich has several convictions.

As people ate, drank and glided their way through the Wisconsin State Fair, police said dozens of unwitting fairgoers became photography subjects until someone spotted Ehrenreich and called police.

Ehrenreich has been convicted in the past of similar behavior.

In 2005, Sheboygan police arrested him at the Blue Harbor resort after a father caught Ehrenreich taking pictures of the man's family.

This guy has no felony convictions... but they keep hitting him with the "catch-all" Disorderly Conduct. He has like 6-8 of those according to WCCA.
