Even if it is still August I think fall has come to Houston.
The noisy bugs are gone, even the blue jays are not here.

I cut grass yesterday and it wasn't that hot.

We have warm fall weather, but no as humid as summer.

I hope this weather stays because I am sick of summer.

1. Houston in August
:scared:

I'm hyper-sensitive to humidity. Whatever you're classifying as "fall weather" right now, I'm sure I'd be sweating bullets somewhere in River Oaks.

2. It is still hot, but is cooler hot.
I have been outside all day taking care of the yard and this is the first time I could do this.

The weather has changed, not much but fall is coming.

I call it a semi-fall, some of the leaves in the china berry trees are changing colors.

A lot birds are gone, and I feed a lot of them.

The bugs are quiet, that is the first sign.

I stayed outside on the back deck last night and weather was decent.

I turned off the AC upstairs and opened the windows to clean the air because of the paint.

The window fan is keeping the upstairs cool enough.
