Went swimming for the first time in a year

Strangely I snapped back into it - and swam my groove for about 40 minutes. I'm in good shape, so I wasn't out of breath however....

Now my back and arms are KILLING ME!!!

1. Swimming is amazing for people that aren't 'in shape'

I'm in terrible shape and I beat an amazingly buff trombone player in my jazz band at swimming laps around the pool.

People that really know how to swim can really go once they start.

2. Of course the more muscle you have, the more you sink

And the harder you have to swim :)

That's why its hard for buffed types to swim
