Short downtime/maintenance this afternoon

One of our database hard drives started to fail this afternoon causing some brief downtime and general buginess. We have are going to be performing some maintenance over the next hour or two to replace the failing drive. This maintenance may result in slow response time for the site, and/or periods where the site is unavailable.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause but we want to fix the problem as soon as possible.
