3. I wasn't as productive as I consider ideal

There are going to be changes in our department which has left me feeling uncertain about what is going on. I doubt that those changes will involve getting rid of me, but I am nervous and less motivated just the same. I did get severel things done though: reading micro plates, talking to production about several problems, ordering some supplies, sending out some samples, and determining that my newest project is failing because one of my ingredient is 5 years old and has significantly become less effective.
