I found naked pictures on my computer

Depending on your operating system, you could be running a service and not know it. How much direction do you need from here?

5. It could happen. I've seen it done.

I had a client whose computer had no antivirus or firewall software- when I examined it I discovered a warez repository in a cleverly hidden Windows directory. Over twenty gigs of pirate software on a completely open machine- he was asking for it. No wonder his internets were going so very slowly...

but I had someone staying at my apartment and I figured it was him.

The odd thing though... they were naked pictures of a girl. And he's 100% gay. Turns out it was pictures of a friend of his, she just sent them to him to show them off to someone. :)
