Anyone experiencing problems with the Internet?

The Internet at my office just shut down for about 15 minutes. It's finally back up now. I was reading at Drudge Report that the new worm is clogging up the Internet. I was wondering if that was the reason.

reset, cleared offline content and all (seems) fine again

3. I know my mail server

Keeps shutting down and starting back up, because it keeps popping up password requests. This started about midnight last night, and has occurred about every thirty minutes all morning this morning. I assumed it was an influx of worm-related traffic. My ISP hasn't seemed at all slow, but I'm getting sick of re-entering my mail server passwords for all four accounts every twenty or thirty minutes! (It even popped up for a password on one account again while I was typing this...)
