Mrs. Ironflange used to make them from scratch, but I think we lost the recipe. It's easier than you may think.

so would Nanaimo be more appropriate than Victoria? I know nothing about it. Just some hiking or biking or the like with some great food is what I am seeking. A chance to get away from Florida for a few days. Would you recommend it? Anything in particular I should know about - like a cool B&B or a good restaurant or the like.
