I *might* have a paid internship, this spring! |
|
I've yet to run into anyone else at school who's found a paying one, but it sounds like I might have lucked out. It's 20 hrs/wk, at $10/hr. Nothing to get rich on, but better than zilch!

5. I was very fortunate... |
|
in grad school I had a paid internship my second year, and a stipend/tuition paid arrangement the first year.
If you had any idea how badly I screwed up my undergrad, you could only conclude that it was some kind of a "miracle" of sorts, that they wanted to pay me blew me away.
I got accepted to 4 grad schools, but they were the only ones that guaranteed me the first year deal, the second year was very competitive for those paid internships... very fortunate is all i can say about it.
congrats to you Lara!
:woohoo:
