3. 62 here.
Supposed to get down to 55 overnight. I was just wondering if I should get another blanket.

:P

5. It is for here
When it was hotter'n all hell last summer — like 115 — it still got down to like 70-72 by this time of night.

7. That day last year it was so blistering hot
the power went off, too — a transformer blew, so I didn't even have a damned fan. It was AWful. So I got the hell outa here and went to my sister and BIL's, 35 miles away and 25 degrees cooler.

When I came back the next evening (because there was a ball game on, o' course), it was still like 90 degrees in the house.

I clocked it at 112, but people were reporting like 116. One even said 119.

Just a few days later, we tied the Madres with four straight homers in the ninth, then Garciaparra won it with a walk-off yak in the 10th. :D

9. Yeah, I dunno how I'm gonna sleep
It's 80 degrees in the bedroom right now.

I don't usually go to bed until around 2 a.m., but I don't see it cooling off very much in two hours. x(
