Creative Ways to Dispose of Dennis Miller's Books
I used to read Mr Miller's books for amusement and now I can't stand him. So I rounded up all Mr Miller's books that I own, but don't know what to do with them.

My first thought was to donate the books to the public library. I'm hesitant because I'm not sure other people would benefit from reading Mr Miller's B.S. In fact, now that he's so conservative, maybe he does not want people to read all of his past liberal faux-pas.

My second thought was donating the books to a bonfire or large-size shredder. I'm hesitant because I don't support censorship or book burning....but I dislike him that much.

Any other suggestions? :-)

1. If you have pets
they are great for lining cages, litter boxes or picking up chunks of dog shit.

3. Well it's not really "censorship"
if you burn them in your fireplace because you don't want them anymore... plus you have to find someway to keep warm during the winter :)

4. Miller
He says that he has no problem with gays marrying but that the US should deal harshly with foreigners who would blow up their wedding. However, it is far more likely that right wing fundamentalistwackos would blow up a gay wedding than foreigners.

5. Coasters
Use them to put your drink on so you don't run the dress.

8. adriennel, you read my mind
I was going to post this last night, as I, too, wish to get the Miller books out of my basement to improve the feng shui down there, LOL. I was thinking about burning them in my fireplace, but the plastic coating in the cover will coat the interior of the chimney, won't it? I'm starting to think birdcage liner as well, here. I'd be too embarrassed to sell them at my garage sale this summer.

I used to think he was funny, it's amazing how easily some people can be bought by money or perceived fame.

13. It's not censorship unless you prevent them from being published
Or demand that they be removed from schools and libraries. Your right to dispose of your property in a flamboyant manner is protected by the Supreme Court of the United States as 'symbolic speech' under the first ammendment to the constitution.

But the liberal thing to do, for someone with your sentiments and sensitivities, is to cover them in dog feces and bury them under your rose bushes until time biogrades them into something more lovely than their current state. (Or rhodies. They'll both love the acid levels in decomposing paper.)
