For those of you on diets |

How are you doing today? I'm doing alright. Had an omelet and some oatmeal this morning. Going to a cookout at mom and dad's later today. That's going to be a test. I think if I stay away from the macaroni salad and the potatoes I'm going to be alright.

just try no to have the bun Probably will have lots of salad there so you could eat that... and chicken just take the skin off.....
I had fake scrambled eggs with wheat toast for breakfast and a field green and grilled chicken salad for lunch with Balsamic Vinaigrette
and strawberries and blueberries...
good luck on the diet!!!!
