Organizations/companies with bad public service
PayPal tops my list! Whenever there is a buyer dispute, they automatically withhold funds. And they will hang up on you like you don't mean anything.

I've also had a problem with the Post Office (USPS) delivering international mail.

Plus they are rude and not helpful. At least our local one is.

5. I agree
One of them wanted to charge a fee for repair to send to the factory, even though the computer is under warranty. Went to another Best Buy, and they didn't mention a fee. I think some of their stores have a racket going on.

6. i've heard all kinds of horror stories about best buy
i've had a few stereos installed there and never had a problem and they once took a hard drive out of my laptop (which was not purchased there) for free.

7. Blockbuster.
In my neck of the woods, a Blockbuster store once took a woman to court because she had an outstanding balance on her account for six months. The amount of that balance? $1.00. And this was in 2002, before the banking "reform" movement gave corporations the social currency to take abusive measures to collect even small amounts of money owed.

The judge who presided over the woman's case yelled at the attorney for Blockbuster/its collections' crew and said they should be ashamed for taking up a court's time like that.
