"Sir Topham Hat" as he is known on the Thomas the Tank Engine show. I bet he's responsible for all the lead painted toys coming from China, anything to make a shilling for that one I tell ya. :silly:

back then, you could identify "the man" and knew who to try and stick it to.

These days, unfortunately, we all to often don't identify "the man" until after he has already stuck it to us.....:(
