would've been huge in the 80s. I was a 12 year old hair head into Crue and Quiet Riot when I kept reading about this band from the 70s that all these bands loved.

Found 'Too Much Too Soon' at garage sale or something and have been a fan ever since. The time was RIPE back then to make some hay. Don't know why some 3rd tier hair band didn't recruit the Killer just for the cred- he was wasting around LA the whole time.

Duff from GnR actually played in a hardcore band before GnR. He is the guy in the CBs shirt and I wouldn't doubt that he played there. And I actually like Hanoi Rocks to this day. Their bass player is in the Two York Dolls currently. A MM fronted Dolls actually would've been a dream come true for me believe it or not.

If I had a tribute band it would be called 'the Hanoi York Dollbreakers'. Not kidding!
