How did your day start?
Well as I finished my 7 mile run this morning (before 6 AM mind you) I saw this Chevy Durnago pull over on the neighborhood street in front of me

They driver had gotten out and walked around to the rear right of said vehicle and bent over to check out...no he is puking. Well trying to puke more like dryheaving.

He then very slowly and wobbly (arm extended to right himself against the vehicle) made his way back to the driver's seat. This guy was clearly bombed. Older white haired guy too.

Well I see all this as I am passing him (nasty long 1/2 mile uphill)-he was clearly unaware that anyone else was around.

I kept looking back to see if he was going to try to drive past me. I didn't hear the door close and then I saw that the lights were turned off and the ignition cut. He made a wise choice.

I finished in 75 minutes. Not to bad well....in comparison

6. only time for a few sips of my coffee...
signing approximately 20 contracts that my kids have with their teachers.. (yes, contracts), filling out 8 emergency cards, EACH. Getting to the school early enough so that my little one "wouldn't be seen with me" and installing a locker shelf (9 x 12) in a (9 x 12) locker with two outer edges.. that means you construct it, literally INSIDE the locker, otherwise it doesn't fit past the outer edges that hold the locker door. My eldest grumbled on the drive all the way to the school, my youngest still walking twenty feet in front of me, just in case one child is present in the building.

Hmmm.. That's it for this morning. This was all on about four hours sleep, since they needed the help last night to set up their notebooks according to specs.. no bull... "specs"..i.e. one teacher completely micromanaging the location of tabulated dividers, all NINE of them for her ONE subject...I kid you NOT. Think of the amount of work when two kids have seven teachers each, all with two pages of instructions of notebook layout and rules. NOT course layout. OY. I forgot to mention that after purchasing 125 dollars worth of the schools list of needed supplies for each child, they included their own supply list on top of that. I could go on, but I don't think you really wanted all of this information already. It's kind of like asking politely, how are you, and then you become sorry you asked. LOL.

Sorry for the rant.

I have to say though, your story was pretty gross, and definitely a bit stressful, having to wonder if he was going to get behind the wheel. Hope your day gets better. I know that mine just HAS to.

7. Started out great!
Got the kids up and ready for school, argued about their lunches, how they were going to be late... you know, the usual.

Then I got to work. :P

Seriously, though... the PMS seems to have kicked into high gear today. I have cried twice, and probably will again. I have wanted to do bodily harm to someone for NOTHING... I mean NOTHING.

Why does my uterus want me to be crazy? :(

8. Late. I just can't seem to force myself to get to work on time.
It's getting bad. And I can't make myself do my work. I really need to quit but can't until we sell our house. We can't sell our house until we have it fixed up. We can't fix it up until we find someone willing to repair the huge mystery lump in our lower level floor.

And so on...

:(

9. JackMN crawled into my bed, said " I luzzyou!" and licked my arm.
Then he handed me a remote and said, "Oh! Whassat?"
He kept insisting that my bed was stinky, and I eventually determined that it was because he was lying in it with a poopy diaper (I have a cold and can't smell.)
:eyes:

Not as eventful or ambitious as your morning!

10. But definitely interesting.
"I luzzyyou!"

Except for the poopy diaper, I couldn't think of a better way to start the day.

with the 14 month old crying because he lost his bink. Then up again at 2:20am with the 4-1/2 month old, fussing in his sleep, lost his bink also. Up again at 3:30am with the 4-1/2 month old, lost bink again. Got up for good at 4:30am, drank some coffee, smoked a half a smoke. Read some local news and DU. Shower by 5:00am, Dressed and ready by 5:30am. Got the diaper bags and the boys loaded up by 6:00am to take them to my mother-in-laws. Got to work by 6:30am to start my 10 hour work day. Wanna trade??? Please???

13. No, no
My son was 2 months old and well, um, you are quite fertile after pregnancy, broke through barriers so to speak. Tell ya, quite a shock! The baby was 5 weeks early. My body didn't want to be pregnant anymore. 2 years of being pregnant is enough for this body. However, we are happy that it did happen, or else we wouldn't have had another one after my first son.
