I have XM and love it. I live outside of the market of my favorite MLB team so it is worth it for me to have XM.
I know Sirius has Howard Stern and the NFL.

If I listened to a particular channel for an extended period of time I noticed that programming was being recycled. (i.e. the same songs in the same order)
My experience with trying to cancel my subscription was similar to AOL.
First you were lucky if you could even contact anyone about canceling. Then they won't actually do it. What they do is keep asking you WHY you want to cancel. I finally told the customer service huckster that it didn't matter why because I was changing my credit card #.
