Does sharing MY private financial situation from a landlord TO A maintenence worker breech a lease?

It might be grounds for Constructive Eviction, though. Hope an actual attorney in the know checks in to help out.

He's been a rude MF since right after I signed the lease AGAIN and not just to me
but to everyone else living here! He's well known, from what I hear, for being a
total asshole abuser to his tenants. I've tried to ignore him for the last seven
years but this was the last straw! He told his workers about MY finances and OUR
agreement! How dare he and how dare that old fart tell me all about ME!!?!

Second, before agreeing to advise or represent you, a lawyer has to be sure that it would be free from conflicts of interest. That means knowing your real name and other personal information.

Even giving a little advice makes a lawyer liable for the results of that advice. That is why when I was in private practice I made sure to document the facts of every case as described by the client and to document the advice I gave, usually in a letter tothe client. A little friendly advice can get a lawyer sued or even disbarred.
