Constructive Criticism...

evaluations from a presentation i did a month ago came in the mail :eyes:

Not bad, just not anything that made me go "wow, I did a great job".

I'm still absorbing it and reading the evaluations now.

They really are pretty good, I'm just a bit of a perfectionist and I'm sure no one has ever noticed that I'm sensitive :D

How do you deal with constructive criticism?

I will take what is helpful and use it...

I have to give presentations from time to time to community groups. Considering that at one time I was a total phobic of public speaking I guess the fact that I can stand up and give them is enough... :D

1. Are they really a true barometer

or are they from snobs and people who have a "cousin" who could do your job better???
