If you haven't been watching Mad Men on AMC....
Check it out from the beginning via the On Demand service of your cable...

It is a richly developed story with some of the best characters on TV now or any time...

This is one stellar series that puts you in 1960, Nixon-Kennedy, Madison Avenue, Closeted Gays, Beatniks and the whole rich tableau that was New York at the dawning of the sixties...

It's like watching a collection of loosely connected short stories...

Watched a "marathon" of sorts on AMC this past weekend.

They had every nuance DEAD-ON!

Beautiful COLORS! Interesting CHARACTERS! Did I mention the SETS!?




Lot of SMOKIN' going on in that show!

4. Draper is one of the best characters I have seen on TV in ages...
His pot smoking with the Village crowd was classic...

I was on his side and saw just how shallow and rigidly chauvinistic the boy beatniks were...
