Everyone has their unique issues. Few want to try to work with each other. And having asked previous dates what I can do to improve the relationship, I don't think I'm entirely out of line when I say "At least I tried".

you have to fold.
You have heard of the term necessary but not sufficient.
In many cases women will not even consider a man if he doesn't have male model looks and a decent bankroll. Many but not all cases.
How many times have I heard, "Oh but I want a man who cares, and listens to me, and shares common interests, blablablablablah"
Left unsaid though appears the wish for male model looks and a big bankroll. I'm even talking about Liberal women in this too.
I found my girlfriend on the net in a video chatting community, so she and I saw each other right away, and we chatted and hit it off. We're together for over 3 and a half years. Yes, she's a liberal, a Canadian Liberal.
Yes, as she, A Canadian, she's not the typical American woman who I had trouble getting into a relationship with for years. As I have said before even Liberal oriented American women can act just as demanding as the conservative women when it comes to accepting a man for a relationship.
Yes, liberal women do show compassion in their lives, at work if they work as a nurse, or in another caring profession, or when liberal women do volunteer work at a homeless shelter, or soup kitchen, or for a political candidate who expresses their sincere wish to help the poor.
It just appears these women don't want a relationship with the people they care about professionally or in their volunteer work.
I used to call these women "Bedroom Republicans" :) because it took a man of means and looks to get into their bedroom.

14. It does, but remember the 1% rule |
|
Out there, there are 1% of the population who will sleep with you under pretty much any conditions.
I lived by this when I was single.

31. If I were single, I don't think that would comfort me |
|
For me, I think that number is more like 10% and I only find about 10% of guys attractive enough for me to want to sleep with. For the most part, those 10% are not the same at all.

Yes,
I have to say that when I was single I absolutely hated dating! It always felt more like a freakin job interview. Lets face it, nobody is really themselves on a first date! My guy came when I least expected him and we were actually really good friends for like two years before we starting dating. Even then, dating wasnt so bad because we already knew what each other liked and everything. OH! Here is a good piece of advice. Dont date anyone that doesnt have a sence of humor! Laughing is the best thing ever for ..........well, for everything! A little tid bit for ya! Good luck to ya though.:hi:

27. Oh, it's been a few over the last few years. |

I've had a ton of first dates. I feel like Adam Sandler but it's not with the same girl every time ;)
Had one tell me "I think you are the one" and then we went a month where I didn't hear a peep from her. No returned phone calls, no returned txt msgs, no returned emails. I was like....ooookkkaaaaayyyy. Then out of the blue a month later she calls and expects things to pick up where they left off.
Sorry...I don't play fallback guy.

At least when you are dating, you have a chance. If you are not dating, it's you and the pillow and that's it unless you have a nice repertoire of toys, which I don't. :(
