8. I always pass, assuming it's safe and legal and sensible. If they're in the left lane

on a multi-lane road, I *will* flash my lights at them to get them to move into the proper lane. If they don't get the hint, I swear profusely at them and pass them on the right, since they leave me no choice. I call them a jackass as I pass.

We stay in the right hand lane as much as possible, but we have to get into another lane at some freeway interchanges.
