Just so you all know...I am doing my homework...
Well, off and on, anyhoo...

As per our discussion yesterday:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=105&topic_id=6907923

I'm really getting somewhere too!

There will be a new poem for your viewing pleasure soon...

Thank you...

You may now return to your regularly scheduled Saturday night activities!

2. My dear kagehime!
Thank you, sweetie....

For your very sweet response...

And for rescuing me from no-response hell...

I'm still polishing the poem...

I like to work on it, and then let it rest for a number of hours...

Then I can see it with a fresh vision...

6. My dear wildhorses!
Well, I have to write a new poem...

PLUS, there's all these really stupid questions that I have to answer....*sigh*

Maybe they're useful to younger writers, but I find them just stupid...

It's English 24A Creative Writing: Introduction to Poetry...

And I'm really enjoying it! Except for the stupid questions, anyway!

8. Peggy, I mentioned you to my 84 year old aunt in Marin County yesterday!
Edited on Sun Sep-09-07 06:01 PM by Radio_Lady
She is auditing a Humanities 101 course for FREE at the Dominican University of California in San Rafael this semester! She used to teach English in Los Angeles and then taught at Maui Community College for 16 years.

She seems right at home in her new course!

Study hard!

9. My dear Radio_Lady!
I am honored that you mentioned me to your 84 year old aunt!

Good for her, working so hard to learn new things...

I am slacking a little bit today...

It's a beautiful day, and I'm having trouble keeping my mind on my work!

It will get done, though...

10. But why? Don't you have a dog that could have eaten it?

11. My dear struggle4progress!
Nice try, sweetie!

But no, I have no dog, and even if I did, it couldn't eat my data!

Everything is on the computer...

And I'm now essentially done, except for some final polishing on the poem...
