9. I LOVE chocolate...
:P Yeah, big surprise. I love all kinds, but my absolute favorite is Lindt Milk Chocolate with the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs wrapper. :bounce: I first had it when I went to Switzerland when I was 14, and I fell in love. I still love it---they haven't changed that wonderful milk chocolate a bit. :toast:

11. Dark - 70%
Anything lower isn't worthy of the title "chocolate" - my boss calls it "brown lard" and I think she's pretty accurate there.

Leaning towards Trinitario beans, but I'm no expert and so that's far from set in stone. I tend to buy Green & Black's which is organic and fair-trade.

14. Dark, and not just because of the flavor ...
I've suffered from severe migraines my entire life, and the doctor actually suggested that I eat dark chocolate as a remedy. It works for me!

But since I haven't been to Sverige in a while, I've discovered that Dove milk chocolate isn't too bad for domestic made.
