Even the capital classes have had enough of him. GOP Congressional candidates in competitive districts will barely mention him if it all. He's a vote loser. Another GOP President, or a moderate Democrat President will keep the capital classes happy and the economy ticking over.
I am not sure Bush has such loyalty in the military that they would fire on Congress. Such a power grab would cause the Dollar to plummet against all currencies sending the economy in a tail-spin
