invest in beach front property in nicaragua ---

Dale here reporting from Nicaragua. My surf season is winding down and it's time to start writing weekly reports to my Real Estate people again.

I have lived here for fourteen years now and the change every year keeps getting bigger. I see Nicaragua getting to be a better place to live.

I had a great surf season and all our hard work on the surf-lodge paid off in spades. We had more guests than ever and we were able to provide the better service and accommodations than in the past. I've put together a great Nica crew and with the help of the Lone Gringo Tom Taylor, to act as concierge, we had a smooth running super fun organization.

I have some good news on our new developments on the real estate end of things. You should know by now I'm all about creating a community of like minded folks here in Nicaragua. I'm all about creating a better living space more people are moving here all the time and they are bringing a good influence with them.

First of all I have broken up the big 28 manzana parcel into smaller parcels. One of them I've called the Yoga Lots. Yoga to me is about bringing your physical body into harmony. While I don't practice any formal yoga other than "Dale" yoga I recognize it's power and place in the scheme of things. I've been spending hours in the water letting the waves and currents pull and push my body into different positions and letting the good feelings flow.

The Yoga Lots are all around 1/3 acre, have trees, breeze and are located three min from the village of Gigante and more importantly three min from two great beaches. If you surf, fish or snorkel your going to be walking distance from the sport you love. If you enjoy all three you are golden.

The lots are priced to sell at $17,500 and the title and planos are legal, clean and all ready to go. I am hoping that everyone will want to dig their own well and install a solar electrical system. I love the idea of being independent and self sufficient. There is plenty of room on the lots for three structures and a large plot for a garden and fruit
trees.

I'm building a small care takers house but I'm finding it plenty big enough for a short term vacation house. Needs a shed and your all set.

The other parcels are three and four acres and over splendid ocean view and room to move. The roads are in and I have power on the way. We can work together and save a ton of money. Check them out here. At $100K these are very affordable. Several groups have expressed interest in buying together. Lets do it!

The surf lodge and the condo on the beach are available so let me know your travel plans. I still have all the cars and drives working so let's keep them working.

10. LOL!! I'm not Jerry, but he's my congressional rep, too.
I can't stand him, either. Little by little our district is turning Blue. Maybe Weller will get unseated by 2010.

15. Interesting article on a murder in one of the coastal towns

The Boomtown, the Gringo, the Girl, and Her Murder
When a local beauty turned up dead in Nicaragua's San Juan del Sur, the dream of paradise became a nightmare for one expat American surfer. He got 30 years and, predictably, a media melee ensued. But Tony D'Souza was on the scene from day one. This is the story you haven't heard.
