Need help quickly.....
my sisters ex is supposed to come over to the house to fix some stuff outside that needs to get done in order to sell the house. She doesn't want him in the house, nor does the work require him to be inside the house at any point. He's requesting inside access to "House access would be helpful for such things as: hose, ladder, bathroom, cat patting, etc.." ( this is from email)

So, hose will be outside along with ladder....

what say you o' lounge about house access?

got her on the phone right now....

1. Let him know
everything that is necessary will be at his disposal on the porch/step/outside the house? Just a thought.

4. 'cat patting'?
Why not tell your sister to clean or pretend to clean. Stick a mop in a bucket in the corner of the room and move the chairs in a line or something. She can tell him 'you can't come in!! I just cleaned! What do you need, I'll get it..' if he tries to come in.
