3. Actually that's the title of the story, not the book itself
For the library you'll have to look for "Reading Mastery - Level 2 Storybook 1 (Reading Mastery: Rainbow Edition)"

I found that out when I was going to give "The Pet Goat" to a friend as a gag Xmas gift. Kind of loses its impact when you unwrap this:
