they inched a little bit but not nearly enough to make up for the difference in the new way of figuring income. Because part of the job will now be automated I won't even get as much work so it's like a double whammy. The couldn't promise me any extra work to make up for it. When it rains it pours. I took tomorrow off to meet with a head hunter. After 9 years with this company and taking only 2 vacations and three or four sick days (in the entire 9 years) they had the nerve to complained about having to show someone how to do my account (for ONE DAY) without more advanced warning.

It's all I can do to crawl into bed and hide with the covers over my head. Sometimes life is too hard to handle on my own and sometimes I wish there was someone else who could take over for just a day.
