4. Scrambled or omelet
I don't like runny yolks, or even separate yolks, they need to be well incorporated into the scramblies.

6. Scrambled at home, omelette when I eat out.
Omelette with big piles of meat, that I'm too lazy
to assemble at home, that is!

20. Ditto here!
Whenever I make eggs at home, they're scrambled, usually with some cheddar cheese and even bacon if I'm not too lazy. Whenever I go out to eat and get eggs, it's an omelet, with cheese and loads of meat - bacon, sausage, and ham. Mmmm...

7. "Scrambled. Men always like scrambled"
Shelley Long to Henry Winkler in "Night Shift."

Now I'm going to have to pull THAT one from the shelf and watch it again.

9. Omelet
But only cheese. And only if I'm in the mood for eggs. I HAVE to have a craving for eggs to be able to eat them.

(It stems from an experience wherein I ate a bad egg and spent the entire day throwing up, so I generally avoid them. But sometimes I'll just get a craving for an omelet that can't be cured any other way.)

11. Scrambled or omelet
Depends on my mood, and how lazy I'm feeling when I'm cooking.

13. any or all of the above are wonderful. Depends on my mood
and time of day. I tend to eat oatmeal for breakfast nowadays but every once in a while, just gotta have me some eggs.

I like them soft boiled, hard boiled, poached, fried, scrambled, shirred, omeletted,

I do not like them over cooked and don't even try to make me eat a scrambled egg that has scorched because too much milk was mixed into the eggs and the milk burned before the eggs were set.

except for hard boiled eggs, I like them loose or runny depending on the method.
