3. It will be 10 years in October

Princess Diana, George Burns, Jacques Cousteau, and John Denver all died in '97.
John was my hero growing up and when he died, I cried. It was so devastating to lose him. I was pretty fanatical, seeing him 20 times in concert and actually getting to meet him after a concert in Japan. He was truly a warm human being. I can only imagine the songs he would have been writing during these dark times.
