9. Just curious...I see where they've paired your book with one by Kathy Reichs....do you consider her

books similar to your's? The reason I ask is because my wife is a huge fan of Reichs.

so I couldn't say; but she seems to be doing very well. I have no idea how Amazon comes up with those pairings, honestly.

3. I envy people who have written books. I wish I had one out there some place.

Do you make up the story or is it from real life experiences.

I think I have a good story which is my life in the 80's but I wouldn't want everyone to know the facts about me so I would never want it published.

4. It's fiction.

A few details here and there are drawn from life, but the characters and plot are entirely fictional. I'm working on a memoir, though, which is kind of a terrifying prospect in a number of ways.

On edit: as for your story--you could always do it as a novel. Then you could "fictionalize" the embarrassing parts.
