I'm not sure, but it seems like I have seen posters with lower post-counts start threads.

Can anyone provide me with info?

I've seen folks with post counts much lower than yours start threads...

I didn't notice, but if you don't have a star (haven't donated) then you can't start a thread that is a poll...

But the plain vanilla threads should not be a problem!
