I am SOOOOO full
We were taken out to dinner at Cafe Italia in Dallas this evening. Good garlic bread, calamari, spaghetti & meatballs and flourless chocolate torte with a hot tea chaser. I SHALL NEVER EAT AGAIN!! (well, not for a few hours, anyway).

3. We get up early to eat, stop eating by about 6:05 and eat again at sunset
Can't have ANYTHING in the meantime. We don't stuff ourselves - I ate more than usual because we were out. I only had a couple of pieces of calamari, but I scarfed the rest!
