What's for dinner?
I made beef & veggie stir-fry.

This is how it turned out.

1. My dear Chovexani...
Now that looks yummy!

You are very creative...both in the kitchen, and with the camera!

My dinner was pretty boring...

Broiled pork chops, broccoli, and new potatoes...*yawn*

:hi:

9. I thank you, my dear kagehime...
The potatoes I fix in the microwave...

These are the little white rose ones...

Wash, and place in a microwavable bowl of some size...

Add water about halfway up the potatoes...

I normally cook two...

Cover, and cook on high for ten minutes...

I turn them over at that point and cook for another couple of minutes, just to be sure they're done!

They're easy, and yummy!

Thanks for asking...You're good for my ego!

5. Hey, I had that the other night
It was good too. :P

My favorite part of making Asian food is getting to use my chopsticks. The ones in that picture were a gift from my late uncle. He was an Air Force vet who traveled Asia in the 50s, after the Korean War. He got those chopsticks in Kyoto. :)

14. that sounds damn good too!
i never turned down a pork chop!

my favorite is fried pork chops with apples. (no applesauce goddamit)

you take a few apples, cut them up into slices and cook them in butter and sugar. (so much better than applesauce, or regular cream gravy)

6. Hey man, I'm a vampire
This is dinner time for me! (I'm on MST, but it seems like I never eat dinner before midnight no matter where I am).

Hope it was yummy.

15. PB & H!
I've found that a lot of people have never even heard of such a combination. I've been a huge fan since I was about 6.

11. This is their menu...perhaps if it whets your appetite enough you could
make a trip out here!

http://www.cafebombay.biz/

Take a look at this menu....I work at a professional theatre in Bristol, PA and I have actors coming in from New York telling me that this place has the BEST Indian food they have ever tasted...even better than they have in New York City. Their food is absolutely AMAZING. It got me hooked on Indian when I didn't know anything about Indian cuisine to start...

12. That is my favorite, fail-safe appetizer on their menu
although a good friend of mine got me hooked on the pakoras. If you have ever had pakoras, they are mainly spinach and onion fritters that are deep-fried. I HATE onions with a burning passion, but for some odd reason, these things are absolutely addictive. They should have a warning label on them.

16. I roasted some Quorn-brand goat cheese&cranberry "chikn" cutlets....
...And served them atop a pile of Barilla farfalle
with a scratch-built ricotta/parmesan sauce.

So tasty, I forgot to take a pic.
