it was pretty easy. You just select the areas you want to be linked, and then type the link in the box. It generates the html code for you.

load an image into the Design window on a web page. Make sure the image is selected, and then select one of the Hotspot tools in the Properties window at the bottom of the screen. Select the appropriate area on the image, then type in the link in the Link box in the properties window
