Besides, I just ordered a case of these:

11. That's not right.
Then again *everything* gives me heartburn. I could eat only bread and drink only water, and I'd still get heartburn. Thank goodness for nexium and $500 per month insurance. x(

16. Being alive gives me heartburn.
Of course, being a complete idiot, I didn't realize that I wasn't supposed to feel like that all the time for 30 years or so. My husband finally got me to see a doctor about it.

Boy, life got a lot better. I shouldn't have waited, though--now I have a "condition."

My advice? Avoid heartburn. (Shocking!!) Can you take over-the-counter meds?

Hope you feel better now!

18. If you're prone to heartburn
pay attention to mint, too. No idea why, but that seems to be a fairly common trigger.

:hi:

19. well if you eat chocolate before your dinner you should be ok.
dont eat it after, because chocolate and coffee both keep the sphincter muscle that closes your stomach open. which causes the acid to come up to your oesophagus.

on an empty stomach chocolate is better.

20. Maybe it's the
quality of the chocolate you've been eating. You should try this; http://www.artisanconfection.com/stores/scharffenberger/

Personally, I'm not too fond of chocolate. Tastes too chocolaty.

Hope you slept well.
