Lots of problems to deal with but I'm taking the position that I don't own them but will try to solve them. 4. I'm the Planning Director in a small town in NH.

But the town is getting tremendous development pressure from folk who want to escape the big NE cities. They are on the front lines and need to deal with it. This, I think, is now my 3rd career...maybe my 4th.
