1. the Chargers dropped out of the NFL elite the minute they hired norv turner.
as a life long Redskins fan, trust me on this.

2. Norv has ruined every club he ran.
The only reason he was considered an Offensive Genius, is that he had Aikman, Smith, and Irving! Whoever coached them would have been considered a genius!
