1. I'm not sure I could possibly describe it.
I made a pasta dish yesterday for dinner that had faux crab and faux bacon with snow peas, artichoke hearts, sour cream and curry. For lunch today I added in some shrimp (crab miraculously disappeared) and some sundried tomato alfredo sauce.) Sounds horrendous I'm sure, but it was delicious.

12. I grew up on Portillo's beefs
There was a Portillo's half a mile from my house. About 10 years ago I did a calculation and decided I had spent between 3 and 5 thousand dollars at Portillos over the years.

Italian beef flame wars can be ugly and I do have my opinions. Portillo's is about number 5 to 7 in my book.

Count yourself lucky to have one. I wish I was near one.

13. I live about 10 miles away from it. If it was any closer, I would die of a heart attack.
That is all I have had on their menu. Any other suggestions?

14. Grrrrr, I hate all y'all!!!! I'm series!!!!
I had an apple and some yoghurt.

Trying to lose some poundage.

And all your lunches sound great. Now I want some BBQ pork sandwiches for tomorrow's lunch, or maybe some kielbasa and kraut. Or a burger dripping with fat. MMMMM.

I don't mind my lunch.

It's just not all that inspiring.

bon apetit

They probably all had "chipped tofu on dry toast" and then watched the cooking channel, wishin'.

Thanks, I feel better now about my superb repast!
