1. But lust can be hurried!
Then somebody complains about the performance of the other...

2. No, you just have to wait.
But how many heartaches
Must I stand before I find a love
To let me live again
Right now the only thing
That keeps me hangin' on
When I feel my strength, yeah
It's almost gone
I remember mama said:
You can't hurry love
No, you just have to wait
She said love don't come easy
It's a game of give and take

5. Thanks! Just some nice, talented girls from Detroit, where I grew up.
If you ever want to know if someone is truly from Detroit, ask them if they are from the East Side or the West Side. They will know exactly the boundary and what it means.

Still love the Motor City, and being a teen there in the '60s.

6. the motown sound --
:loveya: love the song and the supremes. have to admit that i also loved phil's updated treatment of it. he stayed true to the original version while giving it his own voice. it was nice to hear it get airplay all over again.
