'Pluto' is filmed running a full speed after some 10-year old boy down Main Street USA. Finally some middle aged woman stops him, they point at each other, then the Pluto falls off the curb onto his (?) butt in the street.
After he gets up, he walks off camera stage left, gesturing to the camera-person. There's no sound so it's all in pantomime.
The woman substituting for Keith Olbermann speculated that maybe the kid 'kicked him in the planets' which I found hilarious.
