Advice I heard ...
..on a TV show today:

Be careful who you marry

Don't talk to your ex

Don't go kissing anybody else's

And, hang out with the people you can really count on.

Pretty good advice from a TV show, isn't it?

1. Am I talking to myself again?
I guess that's what old crazy women do.

4. I just saw this :)
I don't know how I missed it. Yes, it's great advice...I wonder if it means don't kiss anyone else's ex, or don't kiss someone else's SO. Because everyone is someone else's ex, for the most part. Oh well, either way, it all rings true.

Glad to have you back. Next time you go to hawaii I want to come too. :P :hi:

7. I agree with all of it except the one about not talking to exes
There's no reason people can't be civil and even friendly with exes as long as there was no cruelty or violence in the relationship. And if you have kids together, you need to talk to exes.

I've always thought it was kind of strange and juvenile for mature adults to be so freaked out about exes.

9. Good point
In the context of the show it made more sense. But, as a rule I see your point.

10. Hmm..
I never did dare have a friendly kiss with an ex. But, maybe that's because I didn't trust myself... interesting thought, Peggy... being able to do that. :hi:
