The father mole wakes up and says, "I smell bacon and eggs!" So he jumps up to look out the hole. The mother mole says, "I smell pancakes!" So she jumps up to look out the hole. The baby mole wants to see what's going on too, but he is blocked by the others and there's no room for him to look out the hole. So he says, "Hmm. All I see is mole asses."
