Why do the Canadians have no caffeine Mt Dew? That is horrible -- the only real good reason to drink Mt Dew is for the little buzz. I just had one and I hope it kicks in soon.

44. Dunno, it's just like that, always has been.
It tastes different, too, but it's still the same bilious colour.

Our Milky Way bars are different from yours as well. A few years ago, I did a commercial for the US version (which I've never seen) and they had some on-set at the craft services table. I had one and said, "This isn't a Milky Way. This is a Mars bar!"

There are probably other products under the same name that are different in the two countries.

But McDonald's is the same crap on both sides of the border.

26. Coke.
:hi: I grew up in Atlanta when Coke was it. :P My mother worked for Coca-Cola for years, and we were a Coke family. We got to taste-test new products, which was really cool, and we picked the current formula of Mr. Pibb (this was the mid-70s). :D

I don't drink soft drinks any more, but Coke has always been my favorite. :)

31. This alone should convince you to drink MOXIE
Moxie has also grown in popularity in recent years in regions of southern Maine and Connecticut due to its outstanding mixability with certain spirits. Notable Moxie mixed drinks include the “Welfare Mom”, which consists of equal parts Diet Moxie and Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy; the “County Girl”, a drink made up of one part bourbon whiskey and two parts Moxie on the rocks, with an optional lime garnish; the "Mad Mailman", a mixture of Moxie and Jägermeister; and "The Vijay", which consists of one part Moxie and one part blended American Whiskey. Many people, even those who do not like the soda on its own, find it superb, refreshing and relaxing when mixed with Jack Daniels.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moxie

Don't you want to have a Welfare Mom or a County Girl tonight? Or why not have both tonight?

But, I rarely consume TB or any sodas these days. The only carbonated beverage I drink is beer. I drink about 1 soda per 6 months on average.
