I work as a facilities manager...

and I hate the employees I work with.

basically I am a wet nurse for 120 fucking morons.

today, some tool complains to me that it was too hot in the building at 730 pm. (he decided to work late)

I told him as a cost and energy saving measure the A/C goes off at 7PM and has done so for the past 3 years.

And if he wants a/c he has to manually hit the little button on the thermostat to get 2 hours of air.

Of course, I'm the one that is wrong and he vehemently denys this ever happening before.

Blah blah blah blah blah blah.

no matter how much I tried to convince this fucking moron of reality, he still refuses to believe the facts.

Plus, he's one of the chronic complainer types, such as:

Him: how come so and so can do this better, he should be doing this!

Me: why don't you let him know your idea?

Him: oh it won't do any good.

Me: then why tell me?

Him: grumble grumble grumble...

I get this all day long day in and day out.

but this guy, is just one high maintenance complaining mother fucker.

every fucking day, one of his new brilliant ideas or keen insights to people or some way to improve productivity is launched upon me and each and every day, I tell this fucking idiot, if he really wants to change things, write up a letter, present it to the owner for his consideration. Does he? no, he just likes to bitch and complain.

this is the same fucking guy who gets bent out of shape when his cubie neighbor taps on the phone buttons to loud. I kid you not.

I have been trying to make a very conscious effort to not let this guy piss me off to no fucking end but I just couldn't take it anymore. so rather than beat the living shit out of the guy, which would give me enormous pleasure, I chose instead to just rant on here. Still it's not as visceral as I would like but it still helps take the edge off of things.

This is why in a nut shell I hate people.
