Where should I move my arm next?

I've been sitting at the desk for about 20 minutes. When I first sat down, my left arm hung at my side while my hand rested on my left leg as I clicked thru emails. Once I tired of emailing, I propped my elbow into my desktop, cupped my hand and rested my chin on it. Then I got an itch and I angled my arm across my chest and scratched behind my right shoulder blade. Now my arm is back at my side and my hand's on my left leg but I just realized it's already been there! What should I do?!?

Rather than rest it on your leg.

Or you could put it over your left shoulder and let it hang down your back.
