How many times a day do you eat? |

I eat 5 times.
Breakfast - cereal or breakfast bar Mid morning snack - cereal bar or fruit Lunch - vegetables and some kind of protein Late afternoon snack - usually yogurt, before going to work out Dinner - something light, try not to eat after 8pm

I'm not much for schedules. I generally eat half a bagel when I get up and I usually eat at around 6 because the Mister is one of those regular schedule type people.
When left to my own devices, I've often forgotten to eat.

Breakfast: protein, eggs or egg substitute like Egg beaters Mid morning snack: piece of fruit Lunch: protein and veggies and fruit late afternoon snack: yogurt and/or granola and maybe more fruit, perhaps a bit of chocolate Dinner: a little protein and veggies, perhaps some cheese.

Protein shake around 6 Breakfast around 8 "Lunch" around 11 Pre-gym protein/supplement shake around 3 Dinner around 6 Pre-bed protein shake around 10

6 days a week (okay, maybe 5 some weeks) 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio.
