Executive Summary

(REDACTED) will be a (REDACTED) outsourcing company that allows clients to subcontract critical (REDACTED) functions on a project basis. We will do this with the aid of a proprietary requirement assessment model to provide each client with quality solutions. The owner has had years of experience in (REDACTED) unique tasking pattern crucial in many business environments. In time, this service will evolve to incorporate a larger market traditionally served by (REDACTED).

Highlights

Objectives

The objectives for the company are outlined below:

• Obtain and service clients with a knowledgeable sales team offering contracted services based on desires and needs.

• For (in many cases) a dramatically reduced contract rate compared with traditional (REDACTED), provide critical support functions in a significantly reduced timeframe.

• Grow into a larger operation staffed with stakeholders with a reputation for getting the desired efficient and consistent results under budget and before deadlines.

Mission

The mission of (REDACTED) is to offer complete (REDACTED) below cost and in half the time. We want our clients to be confident in our ability to deliver results with minimal interference to their core business processes.

Keys to Success

In order to ensure a healthy profit and low client turnover, (REDACTED) will have to:

• Provide a significantly agile, rapid, and focused service delivery system to guarantee results.

• Ensure 100% client satisfaction.

• Establish close ties with the clients to ensure repeat business, encourage client feedback to enhance further customized service, and promote word-of-mouth marketing.

3. But what is your business plan in the event your marketplace undergoes a paradigm shift??
And there should be a section entitled "The Datasuspect Difference" to set yourself apart from the competition -- should there be any.

Are you going into competition with Blackwater? You could name the company "Whitewater". Oh, wait.....
