Success! Experiments in Rieslings part 2.
i posted some time back about Riesling, i bought a bottle at Trader Joe's and i didn't like it all, i like sweet Riesling and the TJ's stuff was very dry so i took a chance on another brand today and it is sweet, not too much but just enough and it was a really reasonable price.

yay.

1. I've found the Chateau Ste Michelle riesling to be more to my taste...
...than the very sweet rieslings. Congrats on the find...when you posted that other thread I thought that CSM may be too much on the dry side for you.

I like their Chardonnays too. :hi: :pals:

2. Try northern Michigan rieslings if you get the chance. International award winners.
Mighty pretty country, and really getting the recognition. I have a Black Star Farms dry riesling I am going to uncork this weekend with some grilled salmon. Yo.
